Jessica has been investing in real estate since 2010 and has learned a lot along the way. She worked as a Speech-Language Pathologist for around 7 years while traveling around the country for her husband, Tim’s, service in the military. Once settled down in San Diego, and after having her 3rd child, Jessica decided to take a different career path and start a real estate investment company. She and Tim enjoy vacant land real estate the most due to the various options that come with it. Jessica calls it the “open canvas of real estate.”

Tim Lawler has also been investing in real estate for over a decade. In 2021, he and Jessica transitioned to focusing on land full time. Besides land investing, they also work as full-time private mortgage note investors. Their mission is simple: to give buyers a path to property ownership without the hurdles of traditional bank financing. By offering flexible, owner-financed options, Tim and Jessica help people purchase land on terms that actually work for them—making the dream of owning property more accessible than ever.

Mary brings over a decade of experience in real estate operations and administrative management, specializing in process optimization and real estate transaction coordination.
